4 Discussion on Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council’s decision to ban Parish Councillors and members of the public from attending Planning Committee site visits. Developers will still be able to attend.
Councillors had seen copies of emails circulated regarding this decision which had been taken by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council Cabinet without any consultation with Parish Councils
It was agreed Council should write commenting on this.
